1 Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and PlayDash SG ("Platform", "we", or "the Company"). This Agreement governs your use of all services, games, and features made available through the website PlayDash SG.

By accessing or using the platform PlayDash SG in any manner whatsoever — whether by registering an account, making a deposit, playing a game, or simply browsing the website — you are deemed to have read and fully agreed to these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this agreement.

2 Member Eligibility

To register for and use the services of PlayDash SG, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age on the date of registration.
• Residing in or legally present in Malaysia when using the platform.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Never been banned or restricted from using any online gambling platform for legal or regulatory reasons.
• Not currently experiencing serious problem gambling issues; if you are, we strongly encourage you to seek professional help before using this platform.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account at PlayDash SG. Multiple account registrations — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances withheld.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. The details required include:

• Full name as shown on your MyKad or passport.
• Your exact date of birth.
• An active email address that can be reached.
• A Malaysian phone number registered in your name.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered your own. Please contact us immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

PlayDash SG supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods for the convenience of our members:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• GrabPay
• Boost
• ShopeePay
• DuitNow (instant transfer)
• FPX – Online Banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other FPX-participating Malaysian banks)

Deposit terms you should know:

• Minimum deposit: RM 10 per transaction.
• All deposits are processed instantly under normal circumstances.
• Funds deposited must be used for gaming activities on PlayDash SG and may not be used for any other purpose.
• You must use a payment method registered in your own name. Payments from third parties are strictly prohibited.
• PlayDash SG reserves the right to decline deposits suspected of involving fraudulent activity or money laundering.

5 Withdrawals

Members may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 30 per transaction.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal can be approved.
• Any bonus received must meet the stipulated wagering requirements before winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals to eWallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay) are processed within 15 to 60 minutes.
• Withdrawals to a bank account via DuitNow are processed within 1 to 3 hours on business days.
• Withdrawals will be credited to the same payment method used for the deposit.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by PlayDash SG – including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free spins, and special promotions – are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer. The general conditions applicable to all bonuses are as follows:

• Each member is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once only.
• The standard wagering requirement is between 20x to 35x the bonus value received, depending on the bonus type.
• Bonuses must be used within the specified validity period. Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.
• Only slots and certain table games count toward bonus wagering requirement fulfillment. Check each promotion's terms for the list of eligible games.
• PlayDash SG reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse or fraud.
• A member may not transfer a bonus to another member.

7 Game Rules

All games on PlayDash SG – including slots, Live Casino, roulette, poker, table games, and Sports Betting such as badminton and cricket – are each subject to their own specific rules, which can be found within each game.

General rules applicable to all games:

• Game results generated by an audited RNG (Random Number Generator) system are final and not subject to dispute.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, PlayDash SG will make every effort to restore the game to its state prior to the disruption. If restoration is not possible, the affected bets will be refunded to your account balance.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are as displayed within the respective game interface.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any other unauthorised tools during gameplay is strictly prohibited.

8 Prohibited Conduct

Member PlayDash SG is strictly prohibited from doing any of the following:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Using a false identity or providing inaccurate registration details.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity through the platform.
• Abusing bonuses – including placing opposing bets (arbitrage) to fulfill wagering requirements without genuine risk.
• Using software, scripts, or any automated method to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Sharing your account with others or allowing another person to access your account.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving rudely toward our support team or other members on the platform.
• Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt technical systems PlayDash SG in any way.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

PlayDash SG reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or close any member's account for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision under these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to submit identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Evidence or suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Requests from the relevant authorities.

Members also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting our support team at support@playdashsg.net. Any valid account balance (after deducting bonuses that have not yet met the wagering requirements) will be returned to you once the review process is complete.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable Malaysian law, PlayDash SG will not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activity on this platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet infrastructure failures, power outages, or natural disasters.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Actions or omissions by third parties, including game software providers or payment processors.

Total liability PlayDash SG to you, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the total amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by PlayDash SG Privacy Policy which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By using our platform, you agree to the data collection and processing practices as described in that Privacy Policy.

In summary, PlayDash SG collects personal information solely for the following purposes:

12 Amendments to Terms & Conditions
